Dundas Youth Soccer Club Pictures: June - July, 2016

e bo pho to is proud to once again be chosen as the official photographer for the Dundas Youth Soccer Club.

Pictures are taken on various days during the months of June and July. Please be present at the specified time and location - photos are all taken before and after games.

Important Notes:

• For pictures taken before the game, please arrive 30 minutes early. For pictures taken after the game, please expect to stay up to an additional 30 minutes after the game.
• There is no specific photo retake date for individual player photos. If you are unable to attend your photo date, please attend any one of the other dates specified in the below schedule. The photographer will be happy to take your photo at that time.

U4, U6, U8 and U10 Individual and Team Photos

Each U4, U6, U8, and U10 player receives a 5"x7" team and a 5"x7" player print as part of their registration. If you would like to purchase additional photos of your child(ren), please bring this completed form and payment to the field on picture day.
